Where do your beliefs come from?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for May 06, 2007:
Most beliefs come from others. We are programmed from very early in our lives a constantly re-enforcing set of beliefs to match with what those around us believe to be true. To be a true person we musht sort through this programming and discover and explore who we are and what we believe. If we don't question then we are just copies of our conditioning. Authenticity means to be your own truth, to live in the moment and express your knowing as it is in the now. Beliefs are frozen thoughts we are invested in. Time to be awake, to leave our conditioning behind and to break from our habits and trance like living. http://explorelife.zaadz.com

Greetings of peace, Joseph!
Thank you for your comments. It is wonderful to meet like-minded folks from other parts of the world! I have read through some of your blog posts and I really enjoy the way you express your love of a more peaceful planet. You have a lovely way of languaging your inner most calm, which I believe, becomes the expression of who you are.
Will check in frequently to read and be lifted. Thanks so much for sharing your presence with the Zaadz community.
Peace and good,
Carolyn
